General comments
Bij een niet-zieke patiënt kan de volledige behandeling oraal plaatsvinden. In geval van intraveneuze behandeling kan na klinische verbetering geswitcht worden naar orale antibiotica.
Behandelduur 14 dagen.
Adequate drainage is onderdeel van de behandeling.
