General comments
Behandelduur afhankelijk van Bell stadium en al dan niet positief worden van de bloedkweek.
Afhankelijk van klinisch beloop en CRP: meestal 1 week tot 10 dagen
Aminoglycoside maximaal 5 dagen
Na chirurgische therapie met verwijderen necrotisch darmdeel kan kortere behandeling overwogen worden.
Denk aan TDM tobramycine.
